He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Weaver and Bernita Weaver (Haines); and his sisters, Diana Goldsworth and Esther Graham. He is survived by: his wife Kay Weaver of Marion; his children, Jeff Weaver (Carrie) of Noblesville, Indiana and Jennifer Hancox (James) of Marion; his grandchildren, Emersyn Weaver, Ella Weaver, Ashton Weaver, Josephine Hancox, Jasper Hancox and Jarrett Hancox; his stepgrandchildren, Zack and Zander Knuckles; and his siblings, Deloris Webber of Marion, Helen Taylor of Marion and Darrel Weaver (Rose) of Central City, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
