We bid farewell to Fannie Hilsabeck of Marion, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 22, 2025 at the age of 93. Fannie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lammert Hemmen and Fannie Hemmen (Folkerts); her husband Leslie Verle Hilsabeck; her daughter Patty Sawyer; and her siblings, Grace Hemmen, Jacobina Grabow, Hattie DeVries, Florence Freese, George Hemmen and Jacobus Hemmen.
She is survived by: her children, Rod Hilsabeck, Liz Tosh (Tony), Linda Nelson (Bill) and Debbie Berning. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
