With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garen Braun of Marion, Iowa, born in Fredericksburg, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orie Braun and Leona Braun (Kadera); his wife Carol Jean Karns; his son Damon; his granddaughter Gabrielle Devereux; and his brother-in-law Leonard Schroeder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Perryman (Bruce), Georgia Devereux (Robert) and Kathy Conway; his grandchildren, Alex Smith, Kelly Sprague (Tanner), Perseus "Bridget" Devereux and Brooke Devereux; his great grandchildren, Alec, Bailey and Mila; and his siblings, Blain Braun (Christine), Janell Braun (Betty), Leland Braun (Doty) and Arlene Schroeder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
