He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Leuellen; his granddaughter Malorie Hults; his siblings-in-law, Carole, John, Frank and Ronald; and his parents, Monica and Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Cristy Caldwell (Chris), Tammy Silver (Sterling), Bill Bergman (Cindy), Julie Cunningham (Matt) and Eric Bergman (Becky); and his siblings, Ron Bergman, Robert Bergman and Pat Bates. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
