He is survived by: his father John Thimmesch; his daughter Heather Eckhoff (Josh); his grandchildren, Maxine, Addalyn and Dustin; his siblings, Sue Hundley (Russ Reeder) of Elgin, Jackie Oliver (Steve) of Aurora, Karen Dillman (Jim) of Ft. Mohave, Ariz., Ken Thimmesch (Karen) and Mike Thimmesch of Arlington; and his sister-in-law Tammy Thimmesch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
