He was predeceased by: his brother Terry Tipton; his brother-in-law Steve Power; and his parents, Wayne Tipton and Dorothy Gearhart Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lynn Power; his children, David Tipton (Kim) and Julie Tipton; his grandchildren, Jacob, Katelyn and Andrew Tipton; his brothers, Jeff Tipton (Peggy) and Tim Tipton (April); and his siblings-in-law, Pam Thomas (Chuck), Barb Wheeler (Ray) and Brian Power (Lorna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
