He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wolter and Esther Wolter; and his brothers, Robert and Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Val; his children, Gary (Melynda), Nancy (Frank Gaffney), Mark (Maki) and Doug (Jaime); and his grandchildren, Adam, Austin, Alex, Liz, Noah, Taka, Mia, Emie, Lily, Luke and Harper.
