We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022, at the age of 87, Helen Blanche Shelden of Marion, Iowa, born in Mount Ayr, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Wimer Combs and Arnold Raymond Combs; her husband Ellis Ray Shelden; and her siblings, John Combs and Marilyn Ann Giles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Schindler (John) of Marion and Caprice Rich (Walter) of Amana; her grandchildren, Meghan Yurchisin (Jerry) of Vienna, Bailey Steffen (Jon) of Dunkerton and Dalton Schindler (Emily Johnson) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Belle, Scarlett, Landon Steffen and Simon Yurchisin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lucus Pitcher, McKinzie, Hayden and Jaxon Randall; and also Lisa Nodarse.
