He is survived by: his children, Jerry Oxley (Linda) of Deming, NM, Jacklyn Wagner (Eugene) of Hiawatha, Richard Oxley of Cedar Rapids, Cindy Oxley Deruyter (Craig McKusker) of Marengo and Barrie Oxley (Teresa) of Marion; Neil Stein of Marion. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
