He is survived by: his daughter Amy Barta (Russell); his grandchildren, Brook, Jackie, Haley, Holden, Mitchell and Bennett; and his siblings, Niel and Charlie.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Jack's honor to Boys Town, in Nebraska.
