He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Evert and Alma Evert. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Haley; and his children, Becky Gilbert (Marv), Roxane Slifer (Mike), Tina Evert and Brian Evert (Betsy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
