He is survived by: his children, Michelle Starks, Angela Munier (Adam) and Michael Starks (Tiffany); and his stepchildren, Mark Fisher, Stacy Stierman (Aaron) and Mindy Jacobs. He is also survived by many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren; and several cousins.
