He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Brian Lewis (Martha), Amy Schrader (Paul), Katie Lewis, Susie Lee (Rob), Ben Lewis, Joey Lewis, Nicole Lewis (Dave), Christopher Lewis, Isabelle Beyer (Todd), Maya Renaas (Micole), Marcos Lewis, Grace Lewis, Charlie Lewis and Bruce Lewis; his grandchildren, Sofi Lewis, Wyatt, Ellie Schrader, Katelyn, Joshua, Evelyn Lee, Owin, Stefan, Alice Renaas and Baby Beyer; his sister Nancy Stout (Dale); his nieces and nephews, Jamey Stout, Molly Tschopp (Phil), Jeff Stout (Molly) and Joe Stout (Brook); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Theo, Zela, Marina Tschopp, Milo, Wren Stout, Annie and Bella Stout; his brothers-in-law, David Downing (Belinda), Dan Downing (Carol) and Doug Downing; and his children, Russ Downing (Meghan), John Downing (Amanda), Beth Manes (Gavin) and Max Downing.
