He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Knudsen and Margaret Knudsen (Taylor); and his uncle John Knudsen. He is survived by: his former wife Dixie Lofton (Gull); his brother Charles Knudsen of Marion; his nephew Christopher Knudsen (Nicky Eustace); his aunt Vernice Knudsen of Sigourney, Iowa; his close friends, Bob and Jean Kolek; and also Greyson Knudsen of LeClaire, Iowa.
Memorials may be made to New Covenant Bible Church in Cedar Rapids.
