He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Knudsen and Margaret Knudsen (Taylor); and his uncle John Knudsen. He is survived by : his former life partner Dixie Lofton (Gull); his brother Charles Knudsen of Marion; his nephew Christopher Knudsen (Nicky Eustace); his aunt Vernice Knudsen of Sigourney, Iowa; his close friends, Bob and Jean Kolek; and also Greyson Knudsen of LeClaire, Iowa.
