He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Cowguill and Hazel Moorman Cowguill; and his sisters, Margaret Brust, Mary Clark and Ruth Gross.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Tinkham of Marion, IA; his sons, David Cowguill (Gloria) of Marion, IA and Curt; and his grandson Andrew Cowguill. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
