He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos D. Johnson and Bonnie Fowler; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Etscheidt of Marion; his sons, Dustin Robert, Christopher Dean and Travis Gene; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Bella, Riley, Regann and Kohen.
