It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Strubhar of Marion, Iowa, born in Osceola, Iowa, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wesley Sloan and Mabel Irene Sloan (Wolfe). She is survived by: her daughter Linda M Klein; her sisters, Donna Sloan and Barbara Sloan; her brother-in-law Lou Schwartz; her husband Larry Strubhar of Marion, IA; her granddaughter Brandina (David Lamp); her great grandchild Rayleigh of Newton, NC; and her sister Mary Schwartz of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
