He is survived by: his parents, Al Neff (Deb Schropp) of Cedar Rapids and Maureen Neff (Henesy) of Hiawatha, Iowa; his wife Liz Neff of Marion; his children, Isabelle Neff and Tyler Neff; his sister Alison Neff; his half-brother Drew Nielsen of Webster City, Iowa.; and also Serene of Portland, Oregon.
