He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Neff and Alta Neff; his wife JoAnne Nikodim; and his sister Rosemary Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Aguirre, Joe Neff and Bill Neff (Chriss); his grandson Cisco Aguirre (Megan); his great grandchildren, Serrenitee, Gavin, Leevigh and Weslee; and his pet Ella.
Memorials may be made in John's name to the Mount Vernon/Lisbon Ambulance Service; and/or Cedar Valley Humane Society.
