It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Lee Soteco of Marion, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her niece Krisi Roby; and her parents, Harold Mulherin and Shirley Zemanek Mulherin. She is survived by: her children, Erin Soteco and Brian Soteco (Esther); her siblings, Diane Rezek (Richard) and Michael Mulherin (Nancy); her grandchildren, Caitlyn Troendle, Evan Troendle (Samantha), Kiera Soteco, Amaris Murillo Mena and Sydnee Soteco; and her pets, Little Kitty and McGee. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
