We are sad to announce that, on January 10, 2026, Lana Tapken of Marion, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John; her siblings, Gerry Munson, Ronald Anderson and Alton Gene Anderson; and her parents, Alfred Anderson and Gena Anderson (Hagan).

She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Gundacker of Seattle, WA and Tara Gundacker (Greg Buechele) of Maple Grove, MN; her stepdaughters, Tracy Sherzer (Steve) of Lisbon and Erin Tapken (Jeremy Meyer) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Billy Prat of Cedar Rapids and Audrey Mae Gundacker of Seattle.
