She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Zittergruen and Viola Zittergruen (Tomkins); her husband Harvey Witte; and her brothers, Charles and Robert Zittergruen.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Witte (Denise), Bruce Witte (Julie) and David Witte (Susan); her grandchildren, Emily Witte, Jacob Witte (Morgen), Brittany Mariscal (Alex), Audrey Thompson (Reese), Nicole Landherr (Matt) and Austin Witte; her great grandchildren, Chandler, Tate, Theo, Larkin, Logan, Bowen, Barrett, Luke and Riley; and her sister-in-law Violet Zittergruen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection (3500 29th Ave, Marion, IA 52302). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
