She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Grundmeyer and Alvina Grundmeyer (Sandman); her husband Vernon Dvorsky; her brother Dale Grundmeyer; and her nephew Scott Schara.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hansen of Cedar Rapids, Mark Dvorsky (Niki) of Cedar Rapids, Trisha Dvorsky of Cedar Rapids and Kelly Snitkey of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Cody Hansen (Miranda), Tyler Hansen (Allie), Halley Dvorsky (Anthony Keith), Asher Dvorsky, Kian Weimer (Rachel), Hannah Snitkey and Brennan Snitkey; her great grandchild Zayden Keith; her sisters, Sheryl Hammel (Joe) of Ossian, Jane Groth (Bob) of Garber, Mary Samuelson (Sharm) of South Carolina and Julie Grundmeyer of Des Moines, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Julie Grundmeyer-Sandhagen (Ray) of Edgewood, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
