She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Stella Smith; her son Dean Terry; and her siblings, Roy, Alvin, Esther, Charlotte, Edna, Violet, Claracy and Minnie.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Scott (Lynn) of Mesa, AZ, Steve Scott (Rhonda) of Mesa, AZ, Don Terry of Queen Creek, AZ, Julie Muetzel (Doug) of Des Moines, IA, John Terry (Lonnie) of Marion, IA, Lori Seaton (Jessie) of Bedford, IA and Rob Terry of Bedford, IA. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great and great-great-grandchildren.
