She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kirby and Artazena Kirby (Carradus); her former husband Robert Jones; her husband Elton Remington; her children, Fae Johnson and Charles Jones; her siblings, Frances Mae Lange, Lois Boeding, Marjorie Burgess, William, Edward, Donnie, John and George Kirby; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline, Barbara Baker and Rita Urbanek.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Jones of Cedar Rapids, Mark Remington of Sun City, Dennis Remington of Wells and Bradley Remington (Jennifer) of Woodstock, Georgia; her grandchildren, Amber Franzen (Scott), Ashley Rodemeyer (Blake), Katie Jones, Adam Jones, Holli Jones, Jordan Remington, Jeff Remington (Stormy) and Tonya Remington; her sisters, Helen Becker, Ann Siddell (Gary), Betty Felton and Katie Chapman (Donald); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Hoffman, Sharon Kirby, Esther Kirby, Kathryn Chooljian, Thelma Jacobs and John Jones (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
