It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Edward Ferreter of Marion, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ferreter and Eileen Ferreter (Miller); and his siblings, Mary Stanley, Robert "Bob" Ferreter and George Michael Ferreter.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Ferreter (Kasi) of Cedar Rapids and Erinn Fuller (Jeremy) of Philadelphia, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Lily, Valerie, Camille and Dylan; his siblings, William Ferreter (Mary) of Idaho, Margaret Ferreter of Marion and Lois Ocenosak (Rodney) of Marion; his former wife Mary Ferreter of Chatfield, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Gretchen Hunt (William) of Texas and William Stanley of Marion.
