She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Joseph and Lucille Barbara Hogan (Fischels); and her parents-in-law, Leon and Nora Mae Benesh. She is survived by: her husband Jim Benesh; her children, Aaron Benesh (Tosha Decker) of Winthrop, Eric Benesh of Marion, Brooke Martens (Ben) of Marion and Sara Nielsen (Ben) of Urbandale, Iowa; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Caden Benesh, Dylan, Hayden, Collins Martens, Layla and Rhett Nielsen; and her siblings, Mike Hogan (Deb) of Winthrop and Rose Hansen of Winthrop. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully requested that any memorials be made to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha, Iowa.
