She was predeceased by: her husband James Newton; her sister Harriet; and her niece Susan. She is survived by: her children, Julia Newmarch (Rick), James of Arizona and Marilyn of Marion.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3855 Katz Dr, Marion, IA 52302). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Marshalltown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Croix Hospice.
