She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Dean and Ruth Irene Arp (Wickham); her stepson Eric Burns; her brother Gary Arp; and her sister-in-law Diane Arp.
She is survived by: her husband Steven; her son Brandon Fairbanks (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Tylor and Cory of Marion; her child Brion Fairbanks (Tia); her grandchildren, Caleb, Kylie, Peyton and Lyllie of Cedar Rapids; her child Brook Fairbanks of North Liberty; her stepchildren, Myla Burns (Dave Elger) of Reno, Nevada and Greg Burns (Hannah Alt) of Lakewood, Colorado; her half-sister Suzie Faenger of Rolla, Missouri; and her close friends, Vicki Eichhorst, Barb Kerr, Rod and Dana Miller.
