She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Edith Handy (Krosen) and Arnold Herschel Handy. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Tom Ervin; her children, Ellen Carol Miller (Darran Hidder) of Cedar Rapids, Erik Hoyne Ervin (Tisha Smith) of Wilmington, Delaware and Erin Elizabeth Schlosser (Greg) of Denver, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Olivia Nichols (Jackson), Jack Miller, Emma Richter (Andy), Lulu Schlosser and Oliver Schlosser; and her great grandchild Rae Caroline Nichols.
