She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Welsh; her parents, Jess Perrin and Amelia Perrin (Puckett); and her brothers, Robert, Ralph and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Powers (Mark), Patrick Welsh (Lisa) and Michael Welsh (Loretta); her grandchildren, Jenna Jandik (Cody), Elizabeth Starks (Tyler), Jessica Bohlken (Erik), Shaun Welsh, Riley Welsh (Annie), Janey Oberfoell (Cody) and Jesse Kirk; her great grandchildren, Griffin Jandik, Breccan Jandik, Woodson Starks, Fletcher Starks, Truett Welsh, Megann Crawford and Grace Bohlken; and her siblings, Raymond Perrin of Lebanon and Rebecca Doty of Williamsburg.
Memorials may be made to Camp Courageous in memory of Ramona.
