He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stow; his sons, Allen Stow (Kathy) and Bryan Stow (Noelle); his grandchildren, Christian Stow (Kaylee), Nicholas Stow and Michael Stow (Taryn); and his great grandchildren, Maya and Elijah.
