We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2021, at the age of 77, Robert Ellis of Marion, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Ellis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver Ellis and Irene Ellis; his stepmother Kathleen Ellis; his sister Norma Peters; his nephews, Kent Peters and Kim Peters; and his cousin Bruce Peters.

He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Melissa and Charles; his stepsiblings, Jamie and Kathy Peterson (Larry); and his brother-in-law Pete Peters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of Mercy.

“Dear June, Please accept my sincere condolences for Bobby's death. I didn't know about it until today when I was on Ancestry.com. I was born in Storm Lake and we lived there until 1959 when we moved to California. I met you when Mom and I went back for Aunt Kak's funeral. I have only good memories of Bobby.
