He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his siblings, Larry Cook (Kay) of Spirit Lake, Jerry Cook of Adel, IA and Bonnie Lambertus of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sister-in-law Debora Cook of Spirit Lake, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
