We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2021, at the age of 84, Shirley Mae Pantini of Marion, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Post and Margaret Post (Lassen); and her daughter-in-law Lorilynne Pantini. She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. "Tony" Pantini of Marion; her children, Andrew Pantini of Marion, Amy Hubbard (Dwight) of San Jose, Wayne Pantini (Deb) of Creston and T. J. Pantini of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Sydney and Emma Pantini of Creston; her sister Barbara Jones (Larry) of Sioux City, Iowa; and her pets, Mickey and Minnie.

All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Marion.

She was a teacher and a leader in Boy/Cub Scouts as well as being the wife of Mr. Tony Pantini and the mother of my friends, Andy, Amy, Wayne, and TJ. I went to school with Amy and was in Boy Scouts with Andy and Wayne. Through them, I got to know her. I recall fondly all the work Shirley had me to complete one of the citizenship merit badges.
