We announce the death of Stephen Wade Homburg of Marion, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 56. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Homburg and Jane Homburg (Boardman); and his brother-in-law Dan Buettner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Homburg of Marion; his sons, Micah Waters of Marion and Kristopher Sweetman of Lansing, Michigan; and his siblings, Dawne Ware of Wisconsin, Kelly Buettner of Quincy, Megan Homburg of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin and Thom Homburg (Bobbie) of Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is also survived by five nieces; one great-niece; one great-nephew; and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a charity of their choice.
