She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eash and Ruth Eash (Miller); her husband James Chapman; and her siblings, Verla Kaalberg, Judy Yoder and William Eash.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Benedict (Michael) of Embarrass and Elizabeth Bogard (Carroll) of Victor, Idaho; her grandchildren, Katie Tumilty (Todd), Joseph Johnson (Deena), Samual Johnson and Mikaela Bogard; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Tyler, Delilah and Ivy; her brothers, Dennis Eash (Nancy) and Michael Eash (Angie); and her sister-in-law Rose Marie Eash.
