Virgil Ray Diesing Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Ray Diesing of Marion, Iowa, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Varner; his brothers, George Diesing and Donald Jenkins; and his parents, John Sr. Diesing and Emelie Diesing (Gnade).
He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Law (Chris); his grandchildren, Kirsten, Madison and Chase of Cedar Rapids; his son Duston Diesing (Jessie) of Cedar Rapids; his brother John Diesing (Anita) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and his half-sister Bonnie McNames of Culleoka, Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund in Virgil's name has been established.
