He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy W. Orwig and Wanda A. Orwig (Blech); his former wives, Sue A. Platt and Sue Orwig; his siblings, Victor Orwig, Ruth Richter, Eleanore Conrad, Robert Orwig and Troas Edwards; and his half-sisters, Eileen Simons and Leora Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Orwig of Marion, Iowa.; his daughters, Vicki Miller of Powell, Ohio. and Sherri Kimball of Upper Arlington, Ohio.; his son-in-law Bill Pick of Palmyra, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Kyle Kimball, Ashley Kimball and Madison Craft. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Wayne to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 3401 South Golden Lake Road, Pleasant Lake, Indiana.
