He was predeceased by: his parents, William Soaper Stanley, Sr. and Louise Tittman Stanley; his wife Mary Stanley; his sister Elizabeth Stanley; and his daughter Marie Paige.
He is survived by: his brother Charles Trowbridge Stanley of Silvers Springs, Maryland; his daughter Susan Deese of Annapolis; his grandchildren, Avery Deese and Anthony Paige; and his nephew Mark Mason Stanley.
He received international commendation for his contributions to the Church of Scientology and other organizations including Toys for Tots.
