He is survived by: his daughters, Edye Johnson (Jeff) of Dunkerton, Joni Page (Bill) of Tonganoxie and Emily Taylor (Craig) of Magnolia, Texas; his grandchildren, Lane Johnson, Trace Johnson, Clare Johnson, Thatcher Page and Sawyer Page; his siblings, Eloise Thorson, Jack Vander Linden, Sue Ogg and Kathy Murphy (Pat); and his sister-in-law Sally Vander Linden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
