He is survived by: his parents, Mary Van Cleave and Bill Van Cleave (Sharon); his sisters, Angie Kinsey (Chris), Amy Hill (Adam Mellies), Mindy Schardt (Graham) and Lissa Biggs (Clay); and his siblings' children, Tanner Hill (Micaela), Kaitlyn Hill (Joseph Baughman), Jake Kinsey, Avryn Schardt, Calvin Biggs, Lucy Biggs and Jad Schardt. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews, his aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home - Marshalltown (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later date.
