She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul E. Welch Sr.; her friend Church; her children, Paul Welch Jr. (Trice), Steve Welch and Cheri Nason (Mike); her grandchildren, Matt Nason (Heather), Lisa Halter, Jeff Welch, Andy Welch (Lara), Jon Welch (Sabrina), Stephanie Welch, Amy Brown and Jennifer Nevels (Jason); her brother Richard Dillon (Rita); her grandson Jesse Nason; her parents, Cozzie Dillon and Clifton Dillon; and her siblings, Der Dillon, Roger Dillon and Ginny Eales.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Colleen's name may be directed to Bangor Liberty Friends Church Memorial Fund or West Marshall Foundation.
