He was predeceased by: his former wife Donita Price; his stepfather Floyd Young; his half-sisters, Elaine Shaw and Janice Williams; and his stepsiblings, Julie Mies, Duane Young and Gary Young.
He is survived by: his friend Tod; his wife Shirley Smith; his daughter Kathy Chiero (Andy); his stepsons, Todd Smith and Troy Smith (Kari); his brothers, Mike Shaw (Karen), Terry Shaw (Lois) and Pat Shaw (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jacob Parker, Elizabeth Smith, Caitlin Jacobs, Bethany Chiero, Hannah Chiero, Emily Moore and Nathan Smith; his great grandchild Brooks Moore; his siblings, Gloria Kuschel, Gary Shaw, Mona Borresch and Dale Shaw; and his stepsiblings, Larry Young, Floyd Young Jr., Although and Dennis.
