Douglas Poole Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022, at the age of 69, Douglas Poole (Marshalltown, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Poole and Ella Mae Poole; his stepfather Robert T. Thompson; his siblings, Delbert Francis and Sherri Rae; and his foster brothers, Larry, Bob and Dick Dougherty.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his daughter Nanette (Shawn); his grandchildren, Jarrod De Bruyn of Marshalltown and Kelsey (Lane); his great grandchild June Kline of State Center; and his stepsiblings, Gary, Bryan Thompson of Marshalltown, Kenny Thompson of Paradise Ca and Bonnie Larson (Jim) of Clearwater Fl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Doug's name can be made to Salvation Army of Marshalltown, Hope Ministries of Greater Des Moines or any other charity of your choosing.
