He is survived by: his wife Charlene Simpson; his children, Timothy Polzin (Dorothy) of Marshalltown and Penny Polzin Schmidt (Brian) of Clive; his grandchildren, Owen, Olivia and Andrew; his son Jason J Polzin of Bloomfield Colorado; his grandchildren, Cassandra and Hunter; his siblings, Mick Kramer of Steamboat Rock, Rich Polzin of Des Moines, Paula, Wilma, Lois and Harold; and his nephews, Steve, Jon Williams and Mark Kramer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
