She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Koch and Joan Koch (Miller); and her pet Zoey. She is survived by: her significant other Wayne Nekola of Gladbrook; her daughters, Kellie Collins of Conrad and Maddie Callaway (Max) of Conrad; her grandchildren, Wyllo Collins and Crew Callaway; and her siblings, Tess Neuroth (Mike) of Ankeny, IA and Marty Koch (Martha) of Williamsburg, IA. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
