He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hoffman and Doris Hoffman (Wood); and his brother Kevin Hoffman. He is survived by: his sisters, Melanie Hoffman of Oxford, MI and Becky Reisinger (Cedric Brown) of Marshalltown, IA; his sister-in-law Michelle Hoffman of Centerville, OH; and his siblings' children, Teri Starn (Brad) of State Center, IA, Dalynn Dowling of Clovis, NM, Josiah Hoffman (Angel) of Dayton, OH, Jeremiah Hoffman (Marissa) of Kettering, OH and Tim Freiboth of Glenville, WV. He is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
