He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Underhill and Ruth Underhill (Fawley); and his siblings, Edward Leroy Underhill, Vernon Lee Underhill, Robert Dean Underhill, Leonard Dale Underhill, Steven Underhill, Phyllis Jean Ridout (Merle), Marlene Baker (Jack), Juanita Rhodes (Jim), Shirley Johns (Keith) and Patsy Underhill.

He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Prusha; his children, Steve (Jill), Jack, Mary, David, Kerri (Jesse), Sarah (Troy) and Rick; his siblings, Duane M. Underhill (Denise), Dennis Underhill (Vicki), Sandy Anderson and Carol Adams (Larry); and his sister-in-law Cathy Underhill (Jeannie Underhill). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
