She was predeceased by: her parents, John Beaty and Palma Beaty (Durby); her husband Larry Groth; her sons, Steve Groth and Greg Groth; her parents-in-law, Louis and Emma Groth; her brother John Beaty; and her great grandchild Iris Benda.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Benda (Larry) and Stan Groth (Leslie); her grandchildren, Ashley Benda, Greg Benda (Courtney), Jacob Groth (Sarah) and Haley Upah (Sam); her great grandchildren, Gabbie, Zoey Benda, Gavin, Elsie Groth, Evelyn, Bennett and Ava Upah; her siblings, Helen Maddick and Larry; and her brother-in-law Marvin Groth (Susan).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Hatti's name may be directed to Iowa River Hospice, where she served on the board and lovingly volunteered, or to her church, Our Savior Lutheran.
